6.6 Zone Profile

... shows the measurement results of selected checkzones to evaluate the uniformity. Two

filters need to be created per report. Depending on the selection criteria you can compare

e.g.:

- one model to another model,

- one color to another color,

- two individual car bodies or

- one specific car to the average of this model.

This report is very useful for line trials to analyze the change of an application / process

parameter.

Example:

A single black car is selected in filter 1 and is compared to the average of the cars defined

in filter 2. The data of filter 2 are shown as the mean and range of the selected cars:

Two scales can be displayed on one page, an icon for the desired report can be selected

accordingly. This QC report will also graph the entire "Structure Spectrum" for further

analysis:
